Hawzah News Agency –The Al-Kafeel Women's Religious Schools Division of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine organized a theatrical work that shed light on the stations of the beloved daughter of the Holy Prophet, Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her), as part of its program to commemorate this sad occasion.
The theatrical work was organized by the procession of the Al-Batoul Religious School for Women in the Muthanna Governorate affiliated to the aforementioned division, and it was presented in the hall of the Sheikh al-Kulayni service complex of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, in the presence of more than (500) female teachers and students from Al-Kafeel schools with their families, in addition to a number of female staff working at the Holy Shrine, and a group of guests.
"There are several methods, through which they can contribute to the commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima (peace be upon her), each according to its potential and position. Theatrical performances are what the Al-Batool School has been doing annually, as it performs this theatrical show, which witnesses continuous modernization and development, in terms of technical matters and the way of narrating events through acting and role-playing, and others."
She added that "the theatrical performance deals, based on respected history books, quotes from the life of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) and the darkness that befell her after the martyrdom of her father, the Holy Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), and the painful moments of her life and the injustice and aggression that befell her and her family. And concluding the play with her departure from this world."
And she concluded that "the theatrical performance was presented by more than (30) characters from the school's staff, and included seven scenes and lasted for two hours, amid interaction by the audience who praised this initiative, which contributes to reminding the tragedy of lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), through theatrical performances.
